Refund and Return Policy

At The Aesthetic Lounge, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Returns
1.1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theaestheticlounge.com.au or call us at 0480578175. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.
1.4. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Refunds
2.1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.
2.3. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Exchanges
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@theaestheticlounge.com.auor call us at 0480578175.
- Shipping
4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over AUD $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Non-Returnable Items
5.1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards cannot be returned.
5.2. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable.
- Warranty
6.1. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
